Matter can change in many ways. These changes are classified into two types:
Physical changes and Chemical changes.
PHYSICAL CHANGES
In a physical change no new substance is formed and properties of the substance stay the same.
CHEMICAL CHANGES
In a chemical change a new substance or substances form.
